Property Care
You are responsible for maintaining the property and gardens. The property should be kept clean and tidy, with grass regularly mowed and vegetation and shrubs trimmed back.
Agreement Rules
It is essential to adhere to the terms and conditions of your tenancy agreement. Not following these obligations may lead to further actions taken against you by the landlord or the council. Please contact us if you need a copy of your agreement.
Your Responsibilities
As a tenant, you are responsible for specific items in the property. If you are unsure about your responsibilities, please contact us, as this information is included in your tenancy agreement.
Damages
You are prohibited from engaging in any illegal activities on the property. Please report any repairs to Uprise Living Properties immediately. You must allow access to Uprise Living Properties when requested. Upon moving out, ensure that any damages are repaired
Complaints
Should you wish to make a complaint please write to us, email us or request a customer complaints form. We will then respond within 14 days.
Moving Out
Once you have been notified that you will be moving out of the property, please contact us as soon as possible to schedule a convenient time for your ‘check out.’
