How It Works
Uprise Living Properties will assign a senior team member to oversee the management of your property portfolio. This dedicated professional will be available at any time to handle all aspects of your portfolio. We can help you review your holdings and maximize your income, alleviating the hassle and stress of property letting.

Our management team will ensure that landlords comply with the various obligations and legislative requirements for renting a property. We can offer advice and guidance on these matters and assist clients with their applications.
Our landlords also benefit from the following:
  • Upon signing up, you have the option to receive up to three months' rent paid in advance.
  • We provide a Guaranteed Start date, regardless of whether the tenant has moved in.
  • Guaranteed Rent is provided even during void periods.
  • Only a fridge freezer and cooker are required—no additional furniture is necessary.
  • We offer free minor repairs on the property at no cost, and the property will be refreshed after a tenant moves out, before a new one arrives.​
  • We handle all check-ins and check-outs, as well as cover council tax and utility bills between tenancies.

  • What is a Portfolio Landlord?
    At Uprise Living Properties, we define a Portfolio Landlord as anyone who owns four or more properties within their portfolio. Whether you own multiple houses, HMOs, a block of flats, or even a hotel, our team has the expertise to efficiently manage and maintain your property portfolio on your behalf.
  • What's the difference between Portfolio and Private Landlords?
    In our terms, a Portfolio Landlord is any landlord with four or more mortgaged properties, whether held individually, jointly, or within a limited company. A Private Landlord is defined as someone who owns up to three properties and does not operate as a business or a limited company.
  • How many properties can you manage on a landlord's behave?
    We do not impose any limits on the number of properties we can manage for you. However, we prefer to inspect each property before providing a valuation. This allows us to verify that the property meets the necessary standards and helps ensure you are maximising your rental income.
  • Does it matter if all my properties are in a different areas?
    As long as your properties are within an appropriate radius, having them in different locations will not be an issue. We accept properties from any London borough, Kent or surrounding area, with a particularly high demand for 1-4 bedroom properties.
  • What is maximum length of contract for guaranteed rent ?
    We provide landlords with flexible contract options, typically ranging from 1 to 5 years to meet your needs. For certain properties, contracts of up to 10 years are also available.
